Do I need to create a Stylish Wear UK account?

 

You can browse on our website and add items to your basket without creating an account, but to make any purchases you need to create an account by providing an email address and creating a password. Once you’ve created an account, shopping with us will be even easier:

  • Save your details for speedier checkout
  • View all previous orders from your account
  • Track any order you’re waiting to have delivered
  • If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we’ll keep you up to date with all the latest fashion news.

We’ll only send you email newsletters if you ask us to. We’ll never pass your details onto anyone else and you can unsubscribe whenever you like.

How can I pay on your site?

You can pay using any of the following:

  • Visa and MasterCard credit cards
  • Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and Mastercard debit cards
  • American Express card
  • PayPal
  • Visa Purchasing Cards

When you create an account with us you have the option to save your card details. This is not mandatory however it will help speed up the checkout process next time you shop with us. If you wish, you can save up to 6 different payment cards within your account. We keep these details absolutely secure for you.

 

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes for orders outside the UK?

Majority of Stylish Wear UK orders are shipped from the United Kingdom, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

The receipt we send you is the actually amount payable or paid, we may reduce the cost of the product to help with postage (this is to ensure customers always get good deals and pay less than market price).

If we have a warehouse in your country, we will dispatch the item from your country which means you would not need to pay any import duty.

If we are sending the item from one of warehouse outside of your tax zone, we will specify the item does not include tax.

Returning goods

 

If you need to return an item you have ordered from our website, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. In order for a refund to be processed, refund will be processed via the payment method used. If you pay using Paypal, we will refund the money through Paypal.

It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel should you choose to send it back to us via the Post Office™, Parcel Collection Service, Collect+, Doddle, or Hermes ParcelShop.

For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on rooming products, pierced jewellery and underwear, or items that have clear sign of use. In addition, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed. Please read further about our return policy in our Terms and Conditions.

UK Standard Delivery

Deliveries are usually within 3-4 working days of placing your order, although at busy times this may be longer. We will confirm the expected delivery date at the checkout before you place your order and this information will be included in your order confirmation email.

Specially made items can take between 15-20 days to be delivered. If the item will be delivered more than 3-4 days, we will specify this on the listing.

If the item is being sent from one of our warehouse outside England, we will include the expected delivery days in the listing. There may be additional charges for faster deliveries.

UK Standard Delivery will be confirmed on each item (this will often depend on the weight of the item).

We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

Deliveries to the following locations may take up to two working days longer:

  • The Scottish Highlands & Islands
  • The Isle of Wight
  • The Isle of Man
  • Northern Ireland

International Standard Delivery (Outside The UK)

Delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination country and we will confirm the expected delivery date at the checkout when you place your order. We will ensure you receive your item(s) as at the shortest possible time. Please let us know if you require your items earlier than stated so we can help.
